The challenge
Fiduciaria del Norte needed to develop PayPas, a digital wallet capable of simplifying how people and companies manage their money. The challenge was to bring operations such as transfers, bill payments and card management together in a single app, reducing the complexity of everyday transactions.
The opportunity was to go beyond a traditional wallet: to create a centralized, intuitive and secure experience that lets users operate with more autonomy, review their transactions and solve different financial needs from one place.
The process
1. Research and definition: I analyzed the project's needs and the main operations PayPas had to handle. The goal was to organize the wallet's features to deliver a clear, simple and consistent experience.
2. Architecture and ideation: I used Whimsical to create the navigation map (user flow), define the paths between screens and visualize the connections between features. In Figma I developed the interfaces and reusable components to keep the app visually consistent.
3. Design and validation: I designed the screens for the app's main flows, including sign-up, login, transfers, bill payments and card management. I reviewed the continuity between screens and the clarity of actions to support intuitive navigation and make operations easier.
The result
PayPas became a digital wallet proposal that brings key money-management features together in a single app, such as transfers, bill payments and card management. The design made it possible to structure a coherent experience, with defined journeys and an interface designed to simplify everyday operations.
The result was a digital solution with an organized navigation architecture, reusable components and flows that make interaction between the different features easier. The proposal laid the foundation for a more intuitive and scalable experience, aligned with user needs and business goals.
