Who is responsible

What data is collected

Contact form: the full name, phone (WhatsApp), email, subject and message you write, together with the language and the page from which you sent the form.

Browsing: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects statistical usage data (page views, device type, approximate country). If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.

Security: the form uses Google reCAPTCHA to detect bots. reCAPTCHA may collect device and browser data according to Google's policy.

What it is used for

To reply to your enquiry and, only if you accept, to understand how the site is used and improve it. Data is not used for advertising and is not sold.

Who it is shared with

Form messages reach my inbox through Google (Google Apps Script and Gmail). The site also uses third-party services: Google Fonts (typefaces), Font Awesome via cdnjs/Cloudflare (icons), Google reCAPTCHA and, if you accept, Google Analytics. These providers may process data such as your IP address and may be located outside your country.

Cookies

The site stores a preference in your browser to remember your cookie choice. Google Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them. reCAPTCHA may use its own cookies to work. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookies" link in the footer.

How long data is kept

I keep your messages for as long as needed to reply and to keep a reasonable record of the enquiry. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its use, by writing to me through the contact form. If you are in the European Union or Brazil, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country.

If this policy changes, it will be updated on this same page.
